Paired with a custom-fit Frywall, the Brooklyn Griddle is also the first ever solution for controlling griddle splatter, the diabolical downside of an otherwise amazing cooking tool.
It also features an innovative multi-angle handle design. The handles click into diagonal position for stovetop use, vertical position for the oven and horizontal position for the campfire. For compact storage, they slip out entirely.
